This marble mortar and pestle has a 4 inch diameter and weighs 1 lb. To best care for it between uses we recommend rinsing with water and a mild soap. Additionally, you can rinse it with water and let air dry. Once dry use pestle to grind rice into the mortar until all debris has been removed. Please note, this item is not dishwasher safe.
