Our herbal teas—otherwise known as tisanes—do not contain tea leaves and are non-caffeinated. To drink, use 2 teaspoons of the blend for every cup of boiling water. Allow the herbs to steep for 15 to 20 minutes before straining. Strain the solids. Sweeten with honey or natural Stevia, if so desired. Store the loose herbs in a cool, dry place out of sunlight for up to 1 year
